In addition to my various articles, I write for a few blogs.  Click on the links below to read them (for convenience, I've included links to my posts):

The Business Man's Lawyer:

My main blog where I provide information on business and real estate law issues, and an occasional marketing thought.

The Vanilla Shell (2010-2011):

Most people hear "vanilla shell" and scratch their heads as to what the heck that term means.  For anyone in commercial real estate, however, "vanilla shell" is a term used to describe the delivery of a space which is finished to a minimum level of improvements.  This blog -- which I collaborated with several other Twin Cities real estate professionals in both residential and commercial real estate -- was anything but minimal.  Unfortunately, Vanilla Shell is no longer; however, I have reposted my VS content on The Business Man's Lawyer.

Talk2theAnimals:

I've been able to combine my real estate and estate planning knowledge with my soft spot for pets (dogs in particular) in the area of pet law, and I was honored when my good friend (and client) Janet Roper asked me and my partners to contribute some guest posts to her very popular blog.  Want to know how to create an estate plan that takes care of your pet after your death, or do you have a question about what pet restrictions are permissible in homeowners associations or rental properties?  You'll find that information on my T2TA posts.
